Terms and Conditions

Terms

By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and reject orders.

Prices

Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Prices don't include taxes or shipment and may be changed without notice.

Payment

On established accounts, payment due within 15 days of shipment. Orders made by firms applying for credit will not be processed until Bulk Container Express has completed its credit review. Buyer may expedite order while Bulk Container Express completes established account status, by making payment by credit card at the time of order placement.

Cancellations

Orders are not subject to cancellation, except with Seller’s consent, and upon terms and conditions that will indemnify Seller against all loss.

Returns/Damaged Goods

Buyer should thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, buyer should note the extent of the damage on the freight bill and call Bulk Container Express immediately.

Limited Warranty

New Products

Bulk Container Express warrants its new products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment by Bulk Container Express. If within this period any such product is proved to be defective, such product shall be repaired or replaced.

Used Products

Bulk Container Express warrants its used products for proper fit, form and function for a period of one year from the date of shipment by Bulk Container Express. This warranty does not include cosmetic imperfections. If within this period any such product is proved to be defective in functionality, such product shall be repaired or replaced.

All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed.
