  • How do I place an order?

    Bulk Container Express uses a standard shopping cart system for online ordering. Throughout the site, individual products are associated with an "Add To Cart" button. By default clicking, this button will add 1 of that product to your shopping cart. A real-time tally of your shopping cart contents is displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the site. At any time, the "My Cart" link will take you to the detailed display of your cart’s current contents. On this screen, you can edit the number of each item in your cart, remove items, or continue to the checkout process. Once you have added all of the items you would like to purchase to your cart, proceed to the checkout process to provide your customer information and finalize the order.

  • How will my order ship?

    Once your order has been placed, your order will ship using FedEx Freight. Please see our Shipping Policy page for detailed information.

  • When will I receive my order?

    Once your order has been placed, it will be put into the queue for processing. The order will be reviewed to determine the proper distribution channels for each of the products on the order. The products will then be made ready for shipment. Depending on which products are ordered, this review and processing window can range from 1-5 days once shipped. Typical transit times are 2-5 days for final delivery.

  • How do I know my order is secure?

    Bulk Container Express is concerned about the safety and security of our customers’ information. That is why our website is secured by GeoTrust, to ensure that your information is safe.

  • Does Bulk Container Express store my credit card information?

    No, Bulk Container Express does not keep your credit card information in our stored records. Transactions are handled strictly by the credit card companies.

  • How do I check the status of my online order?

    You can check the status of your order by visiting our Order Status page. If you have created an account prior to finalizing your order, you will be able to retrieve all orders associated with your account. Orders placed without an account will be referenced by a combination of billing email address and zip code. For further assistance, please contact our customer service experts.

  • Does my product have a warranty?

    Bulk Container Express warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of shipment by Bulk Container Express. If within this period, any product is proved to be defective, and Bulk Container Express accepts the product for return during the limited warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced. All other warranties, expressed or implied, are disclaimed.
